Singer-songwriter Miley Cyrus said she stopped attending church because her gay friends weren’t accepted and were forced to undergo conversion therapy. During an episode of her new Instagram show “Bright Minded,” the pop star revealed that church friends had been subjected to gay conversion therapy. 20 states have outlawed the practice of conversion therapy.

Country music legend Kenny Rogers dies at 81

Rogers died at his home from natural causes under hospice care, surrounded by family. Kenny Rogers, the country musician behind such hits as “The Gambler” and “Lady” over a six-decade career, has died at the age of 81, his family announced early Saturday. His family plans to hold a small, private memorial due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Prince Charles tests positive for novel Coronavirus

Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth II’s son and the heir to the British throne, has tested positive for coronavirus and is now self-isolating in Scotland, his office announced Wednesday. The Prince of Wales is only displaying mild symptoms and is otherwise in good health, Clarence House said in a statement. It is unknown how the 71-year-old caught the virus because of his recent busy schedule of public events.
